Known issue with modern Lightning Forms

We've recently been made aware of a CSS issue which appears on lists and libraries when modern Lightning Forms has been installed, apparently caused by some change Microsoft has made in SharePoint Online. When viewing a list or library, after a few seconds, the list name and the first item disappear, and scrolling down you'll see items scroll "behind" the column headers.
